What should I do if I delete or lose my eSIM QR code?
You can find your QR code in your email or in the SamoSim app. If you cannot find the code, contact our customer support 24/7 at hello@samosim.com or via our online chat. We will resend the code to you by email.
Do I need to enable data roaming on my device?
Yes. To ensure that your eSIM gets the best possible coverage, you need to enable data roaming in your phone settings. This will not incur any additional charges as long as your SamoSim eSIM is correctly configured.
Can I keep my WhatsApp number?
